We've tried to make returning unwanted items as simple as possible, so here goes:
You may return your purchase within 30 days of purchase if the item is in new condition. Return credits will not be issued until we receive the returned product and inspect.
To make a return carefully re-package the item(s) to be sent back, including a note with your original order number, name, address and contact details along with your reason for return. Then send this to:
We recommend sending returns via recorded delivery as items can easily get lost in the post and Mele Direct are not responsible for missing or damaged items.
We will not accept items which are worn or used.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached in re-saleable condition.
Orders will not be refunded on the basis that they did not arrive in time.
We're happy to offer an exchange service, simply follow the returns information above remembering to include a description of the items you wish to exchange for. We'll then contact you in the event extra payment is required or monies to be refunded.
Please be aware customers are responsible for return delivery charges.
